Some good people are still working here, but leaving faster than ever.

Cons

Poor Management Team with lack of direction. Chamberlain is a revolving door since private equity takeover. Toxic Culture, Very High Attrition Rate, atleast 50%. Lots of fake five star reviews on Glassdoor

Pros

Chamberlain does a great job investing in technology and automation and does pay well, if you need something to facilitate automation or efficiencies in your job they will invest. Not much else to say as far as PROs go.

Cons

Beware of some of the fake reviews here, you can probably tell but just saying. So change is really hard at Chamberlain, especially working with a team that has been there for 10+ years. We did hire some new people however everyone new that has joined our team in my 5.5 years working there has left, including Directors and Managers. The Director of the department is surrounded by people who just say yes, no exchanging of ideas, no collaboration and really bad communication within our group.
