Wellness programs are better than average.

Cons

I used to think the CEO was one of the best reasons to join Chamberlain Group. But the COO is influencing the culture away from what the CEO designed. Work life balance is touted but don't expect to be an influencer if you are not part of the inner circle.

Was a fun place to work for a while during covid, but as soon as RTO started, they montly layoffs started

Cons

Laid off over 200 people between 2021 and 2022. Wave after wave. The "Chicago's Best Places to work" award is a joke. Everyone gets laid off lol
