      Company Condones Discriminatory Practices! DO NOT APPLY IF YOU'RE MALE OR STRAIGHT!

      Pros

      NONE! Company condones, and accepts, managers who engage in preferential and discriminatory practices. Was encouraged to find a job elsewhere if I didn't like it!

      Cons

      Had issues with manager engaging in discriminatory practices, selecting female and homosexual female agents for opportunities before male agents would be chosen for them. Upper management refused to acknowledge problem, or, do anything about it.

      Jim Roberts, CEO, is leaving at the end of 2015, best thing that could happen for the company.

      Cons

      CEO has turned a great company with amazing products and has been the best in our industry for decades, to a culture that no longer cares about quality, only profits.

      Pros

      Company cares about and invests in its employees, tuition reimbursement, outside seminars, training on new product development ( tough but best in class) .Market leader that grows every year

      Cons

      Very high bar, expectations drive its people to preform at the top of your game. You need to be ready for this challenge. Hard sometimes but very rewarding as we keep winning.
