      The product (garage opening system) captured the market. Probably stable company. The company tries to move for the contemporary development.

      Cons

      Very old type of software development dated to 1990's. The product dictates the software development process. The home control system (e.g. similar to NEST) can redefines the product and leave the Lift Master/Chamberlain products in the past.
