Selected people are nice in the Company. Company pays decent.

Cons

My observation for the department was –Their organization (at least the finance side) is top heavy, unorganized, has a lack of communication between different groups, and frequent errors were common. Two-faced management expected employees to work long hours all the time, did not provide work life balance, and hated when people took time off because of their family or sickness. Although, they would not provide this as constructive feedback, but rather just punish you.
