      Pros

      Large company, very organized with respect to reviews and raises. Good 401k and health benefits. Company card for anyone that travels, 100% tuition reimbursement.

      Cons

      Being on top of the food chain has made the entire organization complacent. No one really wants to hear about good ideas or ways of doing things better. Everyone gets jaded and just does what's in front of them.
