some short term growing pains with a lot of long term potential

Pros

friendly coworkers with a lot of motivation and energy, competitive pay, company is always the first to enter the market with new products, home connectivity movement is booming

Cons

sometimes chaotic environment with short turn around time, some processes are not in place yet, initial employee on -boarding should include more product training and materials

Pros

Time off including most holidays and great benefits. Like most call center Chamberlain has its favorites and cliques. If you are not up in everyone's face you will not get noticed much.

Cons

Very little room for advancement.
