The Chamberlain Group is a great place to work at, they are people oriented 100% and they care about their employees. HR keeps open and constant communication with the employees. Hard work is always recognized. Great people to work with.

Cons

Some people has been there for more that 20 years and sometimes they are not open to change

Regular manager check-in's, give actionable feedback, and actively supports growth. You feel heard here. The company is Collaborative, inclusive, and mission-driven. Teams celebrate wins together. Leadership lives the values instead of just putting them on a poster. Work-Life Balance is very healthy. Flexible hours and hybrid options make it easy to manage personal commitments. PTO is encouraged and actually respected - no guilt for taking time off. Chamberlain Group is an amazing place to build a career if you want smart people, strong leadership, and a culture that values balance. HR and management set the tone from the top and it makes a real difference day-to-day. Highly recommend.
