      Pros

      Leadership genuinely seems to care about employees and their well- being. The work culture is vibrant and inclusive. The HR and cultural teams put a lot of effort into organizing events. We celebrate festivals like Diwali and Holi, and even have special days for Engineers Day and Men's Day, which makes the office environment really fun and engaging.

      Cons

      Like many large organizations, processes and decision-making can sometimes be a bit slow.
