Pros
Engineering leadership was one of the highlights. My manager and skip-level were both technical and genuinely invested in growth.
HR at Chamberlain Group is not back-office. They run something every month and it actually helps team bonding across functions. During my tenure, I saw Stepathon, blood donation camp, company-wide health checkups, festival events, and they launched an employee library with a wide range of books. That consistency made the workplace feel human.
Comp and benefits were competitive for the domain. Health insurance, wellness initiatives, and flexibility were solid. Work-life balance was respected — crunch times happen before releases, but leadership didn’t normalize late-night pings. I rarely worked weekends unless I chose to.
Cons
No Cons. Nothing as of now.
