      Pros

      The compensation and benefits are consistent with marketplace.

      Cons

      The department I work in is incestuous. No confidentiality or concern for fellow co workers. CEO is non existent within the company as far as saying hello to his employees or wanting to be present amongst his people. He will actually walk by and not acknowledge your presence. The HR department is a joke. They promote gossip and share confidential information with all other areas within the company. They are non approachable and exude a cliqueish presence.

      Pros

      Fantastic chance to be part of real positive change in a company that continues to expand it's offerings and opportunities. Been here over a year and am so busy and gratified with what I do and where the organization is going. Chamberlain is a rare company in that it has the wonderful feel of a family run business with bold leadership to keep the company fresh.

      Cons

      Making sure that everyone is on the same page with the speed that the company wants to have can sometimes be a challenge.

      Old school management Extremely poor work-life balance Lacking progressive thinking Past success and strong gains and reputation now moving backwards Parent company family ownership is allowing their strong values and past high integrity to be compromised by new leadership
