      Pros

      Pay is on the higher end. All employees are performance bonus eligible, corporate office has wonderful amenities. GDO market share is high and company has good reputation in their industry of GDOs.

      Cons

      The CEO is the most inauthentic person I've ever met. He changes his mind constantly. The C suite bow to him and don't have the right conversations to help him steer the ship, They don't follow through, and often change out personnel. There have been layoffs every year for the past 4. It is a toxic work environment where expectations are never clear, except that it will be your fault if it doesn't work.
