They have a powerful dealer channel and product line that allows Chamberlain to be successful even though "under the hood" the organization is not a well-oiled machine.

Cons

Organizational silos, leaders in roles that they have no experience in, friends and favoritism to keep your job or get promoted, and toxic senior leadership that impacts the teams supporting those execs. Its a revolving door of employees: hiring then big layoffs.
