Pros

Great benefits, hybrid schedule, beautiful facility and resource groups.

Cons

It's disheartening to see how much things have changed for the worse. What was once a thriving environment of growth and development has become a place where learning seems to be discouraged. Development used to be at the core of our culture, with opportunities to grow and innovate. However, over the years, that focus has disappeared. Now, rather than being encouraged to develop our skills, we're expected to learn through mistakes and reprimands. The atmosphere has shifted from one of support and collaboration to one where fear of failure dominates. It feels like the company has lost its way, and the values that once made it great have been pushed aside. It's painful to see a place I once loved working at lose sight of what made it special. If you're looking for a company that fosters development and growth, unfortunately, this is no longer the place for it.

Pros

I am still not sure about what these are. Their building is awesome.

Cons

More focused on appearing to do well by constantly laying off people, than actually doing well.

Pros

The company has a solid reputation in the industry, known for delivering high-quality products and services that meet the needs of its clients. This strong market position is a testament to the hard work and strategic vision of the leadership team, which continues to drive the company toward new opportunities and achievements. The company’s strengths, including its tech stack, reputation, and potential for future growth, which provides a more balanced and constructive review.

Cons

I’ve been with the QE department for 5 years and it’s disheartening to see how far it has fallen. What was once a team known for its dedication and technical excellence has now become a place where mediocrity thrives, all due to blatant favoritism and office politics. The Director seems more interested in playing politics than in the actual quality of work being delivered. Promotions are handed out not to the most competent or hardworking individuals, but to those who are in the Director’s inner circle, regardless of their actual contribution or skill level. This has led to the elevation of some of the least capable people to positions of influence, further driving down the quality of the work we produce. As a result, the overall effectiveness of the QE department has plummeted. Critical issues are missed, standards are slipping, and the team’s output is a shadow of what it used to be. Talented employees are either leaving or becoming demotivated, and the once-strong reputation of the department is deteriorating rapidly.
