      Pros

      A few of the original perks of the job are still present, for now. The individual contributors of the company are smart and motivated.

      Cons

      The exciting and motivational environment the company used to have is deteriorating rapidly. VPs and up are consistently failing to perform to any kind of standard. They're increasingly disconnected from the people actually creating value in the company. Schedules are compressed against the advice of engineering. The CEO seems willing to cash in on our reputation for quality for short term profits (and then not actually increasing profits...).
