Over the years they have done a lot of work to improve the benefits overall, specifically example being paternity leave

Cons

Company HSA contributions have been reduced significantly and no new benefits have been added. Their is some ambiguity about how benefits will change based on the Blackstone acquisition

It’s too much sometimes. Not enough people working and for the amount of work you are doing you are not paid enough.

We have many different types of customers who require service, and our Customer Care and Technical Support teams do a great job handling their requests. There can be heavy call volumes at times, but the teams work through them together.
