Pros

Nice building, good products and CEO.

Cons

Toxic High senior management level which has driven everyone underneath them to high stress levels and being overworked. It used to be good and the CEO worked hard to build a very nice culture. Now though, No matter how well you do, its never good enough. Fingers and blame is pointed below them and they are starting to have a high turnover. Unfortunately, stay away.....

Possibly the WORST place in the world to work

Pros

Leaving at the end of the day Not hearing from any management

Cons

-Management is micro -Located out of the country -No support from junior staff and peer staff -Expected to close X amount of tickets when they are not submitted -Mgr will sit DIRECTLY behind you, ALL day, watching you work and type.. that -is NOT an over statement, ALL DAY, directly behind you -Ambush tactics when an issue comes up -Does not have your back when a user is angry, immediately, it is your fault -Sr management are close friends, from other jobs " will not take the job unless so and so is hired" -VERY much language barrier and cultural -Lvl 1 techs are amazing in Mexico - mgr not so much, rules with fear and passive aggressive behavior If you speak to the owner out of turn, you could lose your job, aside from hello sir.
