      Declining culture

      Used to be a great place many years back

      Cons

      The current senior leadership has been declining, they want to micromanage ever aspect of execution. Some decisions are made without any rationale and when asked you are shut down. They promote incompetent people and never train them to be good leaders. These leaders only care about their title and not about their teams.
