      Pros

      My immediate boss is excellent, I've learned a lot and have been able to become involved in a broad range of issues and initiatives. Overall, I think upper management is smart and approachable. While I am often cynical about corporate ethics, I do believe the company strives to do the right thing.

      Cons

      While the overall goals and strategies are pretty well defined, it gets trickier down at the business unit side - especially during product development. I also think the company is sometimes a bit too conservative and moves forward a bit too slowly
