Fully Remote isn't an option post pandemic although it worked for a solid year. Very old ways of thinking.

General: * Care about their employees health and wellbeing * Approachable and engaged upper management Firmware Specific: * Use of Docker really helps simplify setting up build environments * Always open to adopting new practices and finding new ways to improve.

Cons

General: * The insurance plan is a high deductible plan ($2000 if you're single, $4000 if you're married). Firmware Specific: * Only recently adopted C++ and 32 bit micros
