Some of the consultants are professional

Cons

- Lack of empathy for those with disabilities and those that are minorities or women - Constantly is firing management and moving engineers between roles to cover up not meeting business requirements - There is a boys club of management that begins drinking at 1pm every day and unless you're apart of their group you are penalized for not being apart of the team - The company offers no benefits or travel compensation. If you work downtown then you will be required to travel to the suburbs on your own dime for required corporate events - There are no bonuses, and the salaries are below market value - There are constant projects that are abandoned - A lack of vision and strategic business decisions - All of management have tenure, and are 45+ year old men - Those new on the team are hazed with alcohol constantly It's absolutely a mess. stay away.

Competitive pay; good bonus opportunity; excellent employee perks including onsite gym and locker rooms, onsite cafe, sponsored sports teams, education/tuition support programs, good healthcare

Cons

Very recently they reorganized and cut a significant number of people despite having banner year in 2018; company is changing strategic direction in a way that seems to be colder and less employee-friendly than in the past. New leadership is changing the way things are done and not always in a good way.

Cons

HR is a disaster and non supportive. I suspect they have been working to take down these negative posts. I had a review removed after being up for months. Hmmmm. Suddenly it violates Glassdoor rules?
