There has been an immense amount of turnover (CFO, CRO, CMO, CTO and CIO have all left) due to the CEO. He is a basket case and has a god complex - the only way to succeed at this company is to cow tow to his unqualified whims. He keeps those around him that do whatever he says vs qualifications, made evident by the insane leaps he has made putting people in roles with zero experience. Annoyed that people like this are not outed by Blackstone who touts how rigorous its CEO program is. There were good, kind, well intentioned people in the finance department, but not worth it given the terrible nature of the exec team that remains who does nothing but follow the CEOs awful whims.

Very toxic leadership team that lacks empathy, changes priorities constantly. CEO is smart but most of his direct reports just push people for results with unreasonable expectations. Promotions seem to be limited to the Product team. Many old-guard Sales leadership team push back constantly on any attempt for changes.
