No good managers/leaders Management will go behind your back and treat you poorly if they don't like you. No matter how hard you work, you are replaceable. Poor reviews for employees, they will do all in their power to limit you receiving a raise (if at all). EXTREME Micromanagement Human Resources is VERY un-supportive.
