Pros

Tuition reimbursement program is great

Cons

Extreme BULLYING among colleagues and leadership! The worst I have EVER encountered. I left because I was in a constant state of harassment.

Pros

If you know someone who works here you can get hired easy. Plus they get a bonus.

Cons

Low-quality staff is the result. Case in point is at our Phoenix campus where we have a new faculty that was hired a year ago but has yet to actually work a full session. Took 6 weeks off, came back for one week then took vacation for the rest of this year. Pretty good huh?

Pros

I'm thinking, but not coming up with anything. I guess it is a paycheck if that is the only thing you are looking for in a job.

Cons

Lots of micromanaging. You are really a robot to jump when they say jump and only ask if you jumped high enough (they will say no). They require that you send birthday emails to your students. Grading is very time intensive because of Canvas.
