      Cons

      Not aware yet - just starting orientation and haven't taught yet. Learning the technology may be a challenge since I "m not familiar with the LMS. BUT tech support has been great so far.

      Due to their rapid growth, some departments have suffered relentless pressure to perform in the midst of COVID; Like many companies with a production team, these challenges have pushed many to an unforeseen level of burnout. Cultural shifts in certain departments have lost sight of the mission, vision, and values that elevated this brand to the supportive employee culture it experienced pre-COVID. Student experience continues to remain a top priority, which is better than most institutions of higher learning during the pandemic.
