Cons

Campus Leadership doesn't care about employee. Too many Chiefs so you don't have clear goals and they continue to change. Not much room for growth if you are not a nurse

Pros

Great work environment, friendly colleagues and students. Main IT office based in Chicago therefore a lot of remote interactions and conference calls to discuss projects.

Cons

My experience there was great--they could be more organised with leadership on the campus levels and clearly assign responsibilities. Some IT roles were carried out by admins and that caused some confusion and back log.
