Pros

Collaborative work environment. Management listens and wants to make things better. Great reputation amongst current and former students. Very competitive in the nursing education market. Salaries are in the upper range for the market. Excellent benefits package.

Cons

Constant, never ending pressure to produce more, every quarter, every year with no proportional increase in compensation. Out of town travel is constant. If you can get the required number of events they expect you to attend, you will be away from home 80-90% of the time. Work Life balance is spoken of, but never achieved. You can not get the job done in a 40 hour week. Promotions are very limited.

NONE!!! My advice - RUN...RUN as fast as you can away from this place!! There are no PROS to working here....or attending this so called college!!

Too many to list here....like I said above - RUN!!! Don't look back!!!
