      Pros

      Benefits, raises, 1 outing a year, nice people to work with. That is pretty much. All the pros. I do not have much more to say.

      Cons

      Students are rude and nasty, quality assurance always tries to find something wrong with the calls. Potlucks are fake they make you "enjoy" that with your not ready time. The way that they track productivity is with not ready time. You have 6 minutes a hour to use the bathroom. Good luck. The supervisors are rude they treat you like a slave. The managers even give you their work too. You will have to take care of financial academics and counseling in one call. One call resolution. If it's not resolved you will be in trouble. They also fire people without a notice.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule. Able to work whenever you are able to but you do have to meet a 5 day a week posting requirement and are expected to return emails within 24 hours so essentially you have to be available for at least a little every day. No driving or clinicals however to worry about.

      Cons

      Increasingly more challenging students that feel that they have "earned" the passing grade because they have paid for the class. Seeing more plagiarism and disrespect over the past couple of years. No raises to faculty or interval increases.

      Pros

      Not a whole lot of good here. IT can really make your life interesting. You can buy MS Office for like $10.00

      Cons

      Only care about NPS scores. Don't listen to their employees. Major workplace bullying is the norm from management. Management maintains a "hit list" for who they want to have removed. They think their students are gold and platinum; their more like fools gold and coal.
