Pros

They give you the tools to learn. Friendly team enviroment. The leads which you called were pretty decent.

Cons

Because they are a for-profit college they are very much a "numbers" driven company even though they have gotten in trouble for poaching and coercing students.

Pros

Flex work option after 6 months, great supervisors, awesome colleagues. The technology is great and the company values for its colleagues and students are really impressive. They actually walk the walk.

Cons

Training is a lot in the beginning but no mentor system in place once on the job. It is a trial by fire. Considering the work I do (the job of two people if you work in another area), I think the pay could be better. In other areas, the knowledge I have is divided between two different advisers so thinking about what each of them are paid and what I am paid, there is room for improvement.
