Chamberlain is a great company/ educational institution to work for because they truly care for each colleague and most importantly our students. I'm impressed how leadership encourage us to progress through educational benifts and mentoring programs.

Cons

Honestly, I cannot come up with a con for the Phoenix Chamberlain College campus. It really is a great place to be associated with.

Pros

There are two aspects of the Chamberlain culture that stand out for me. The first is a deep emotional connection by ALL of our colleagues to our students and their goal to become extraordinary nurses. The second is the willing spirit of collaboration by colleagues across all departments (academics, admissions, student services, marketing, etc.) to work together to continuously improve the student experience.

Cons

With a strong desire to continuously improve, the challenge can sometimes be prioritization. We must be willing to make the sometimes tough decision to leave a good idea on the table to ensure we have the resources to accomplish the great idea.

Chamberlain upholds the values that are important to me, such as teamwork, care for self and others, integrity, accountability, and quality improvement. These values aren't just words--the school really lives these values. You can feel the care and support from everyone.

Cons

I can't think of any cons. This is the best place I have ever worked in my long career.
