      Pros

      Better than minimum wage. Remote work.i had a decent manager and excellent team.

      Cons

      Incredibly micro-managed from day 1. There are so many people doing the same job it feels like you're worthless. The job consisted of endlessly calling the same nurses, often 20+ times. Most hate you, rightfully so, because the outreach is too much. Was told the job is not sales but then is immediately "recommended" to enroll any student you contact. Outlandish targets and scorn if you don't somehow force a 55 year old woman who's husband died of covid to join nursing school and go in more debt. Plus if we're "selling", we should be entitled to commission, or at least a better wage.

      Pros

      Excellent pay and benefits. I love the work I do! Students go through a fast-paced stressful program and it is so rewarding to see them graduate.

      Cons

      The school is growing too fast without enough focus on quality. New locations are opening at the speed of light. Some locations are overloaded with workload and get no assistance where for some the sky is the limit. There is little room for advancement if you don't live in the Chicago area, or if you are willing to relocate.
