It is a number based job, if you don't get students to start you are letting down the whole team and thats when the micromanagement starts.

Great co-workers, at least it is not working 12 hours on a hospital floor.

Cons

Director makes you feel bad for disagreeing with them. A benevolent Dictatorship. Lots of happy smiles and positive words, but they have run off all most all of their good help. Difficult life balance at first, even the management works all of the time. Frequent staff turnover.

Management and the university president are sub-par. Anyone with the opportunity left in 2021 which left the Walden hacks to do a power grab.
