Cons

Leadership struggles to fix processes and procedures and instead blames people. Over-enrollment of students with an under-staffed campus. Greedy.

- Provided decent salary and benefits - Worked with some wonderful students

Cons

- Clueless management who refused to meet with escalated students - Increased workloads as other Coordinators quit or were laid off (heavy turnover) - Little consequence for abusive student behavior & actions - Chamberlain Care while preached in all-hands meetings does not trickle down in organization's actions
