good pay and benefits there

Cons

not flexible with working from home occassionally. Overload you with credit hours and then don't give you the overload pay you deserve (if you don't know how this works, then ASK) faculty who have been there forever get special treatment and are not micromanaged like new faculty. I definitely did not feel the "Chamberlain Care" model her which is why I am leaving after this session

Awesome Place to Learn

Pros

Strong infrastructure with a wealth of resources (sometimes too much!), wonderful campus leaders w/ open door policies, diverse vibrant, and energized study body; experienced, collegial, exceptional faculty.

Cons

Endless administrative demands: perpetual reports, goals, metric-tracking, etc. via tons of applications that suck up any time off you can manage; also ridiculous policy of faculty having to show up to the office to teach virtually while students sit at home (unengaged with audio problems).

Seamless Onboarding

Pros

Chamberlain makes the onboarding and new hire process a smooth transition without complicated systems to navigate. Trainings for leaders is spaced out in a way to ensure colleagues are able to jump into meaningful work from the start of employment.

Cons

It is a great atmosphere with lots of great people, it is a large organization that is fast-paced which might not be a good fit for colleagues not up to that challenge.
