Great Colleagues Fair Salary Admissions Dept is hardworking, well led, productive and efficient

Cons

Admissions Coordinator is a hybrid role - rest of the dept. is fully remote Disconnect between National and Brick and Mortar university creates issues (scheduling, expectations) On campus leadership seems checked out On campus Student Services virtually non existent

Fun to work with the team.

Cons

Dr. Shawn Little has her hands in the most minute details. It is hard to have any creativity within your department or team with the CAMPUS PRESIDENT in all of your meetings. The amount of work does not stop. There were 4 coordinators who are overworked and the partnerships expand, the student population expands...raises do not come and leadership is always demanding something.

Pros

Colleagues became lifelong friends. Compensation was favorable. Early entrepreneurial environment was a great resume builder. Was able to receive tuition assistance and a complimentary MBA when that benefit was in place.

Cons

Culture shift away from ChamberlainCare. Struggles with attracting and keeping adept leadership . Growth and coaching opportunities for field staff and leadership lacking. PR for merger with Walden University already seems disjointed.
