Great benefits and pay. This is a mission driven company with a CEO that truly cares. I have a wonderful manager and feel supported each day at work.

Cons

We still have a lot if work to do in terms of DEI. However, I have witnessed a lot of positive change in this area.

Pros

Good work life balance, lots of flexibility, interesting people, great pay and benefits.

Cons

CZI is a chaotic place. Strategies are constantly shifting and this leads to jockeying for attention and power. Teams spend a lot of time chasing the Chan Zuckerberg's latest whims (currently AI), and trying to meet the shifting focus of billionaires is exhausting and draining. If you were given time to focus on work, it would be a much more positive and impactful organization.
