Weekdays Mon-Fri Flexible hours (7-4 or 8-5) Staff is usually friendly and helpful Company paid retirement Paid time off and supplemental leave Company paid employee insurance plan available and company HSA contributions

Cons

Work load continues to grow with no compensation for the increase No job satisfaction HR director can be petty and argumentative Bonuses are not offered to everyone Job satisfaction has greatly decreased in the 2 past years since the HR department was revised

Pros

Awesome company culture, very friendly people, family oriented and great work-life balance. I truly loved my time at ChangePoint! They like to promote from within and have great medical, dental, vision and 401k benefits!

Cons

I wish there were more work/team building functions. We would do potlucks occasionally but it would be fun to have a Christmas party or something :)
