      Pros

      Changeis takes care of all of their employees regardless of job title and management is always accessible if you need something. I've had a lot of great opportunities to work on new projects and learn new things. Changeis has grown significantly since I've started working here but the culture is just as great as it was at the beginning. A big part of the culture is for the employees to grow WITH the company. I've been able to get new certifications and learn new skills thanks to the emphasis on career growth. This is truly a place where you can control your career track.

      I have not experienced any abnormal issues here.

      Pros

      One of the country's best company. Management invests in its human capital. Provide opportunities to grow. Encourages you voice to seek out new opportunities and provide ideals to contribute to that growth, both professionally and personally. Owners are great communicators. Happy to work with company where you matter!!

      Pros

      There is a great work environment, people are very supportive and really care about each other. This is an innovative team, embracing challenges and providing a great place for people to achieve their professional goals. Great benefits are offered and everybody is treated with respect. Professional training is offered to advance employees' careers. The short philosophy is to to face the challenges and succeed together.

      Cons

      Working for a small business could be sometimes challenging, but it presents also with many opportunities.
