Under our paid time off program, leave is accrued, and employees are encouraged to manage their leave accordingly. When leave is exhausted and under special circumstances we allow for employees to go negative in leave hours. Upper management has an open door policy for all employees and we wish we had the opportunity to address this concern with you.
