      Pros

      Unlimited hours, demand for work seems steady.

      Cons

      During client onboarding the company leadership does not allow for any personal time or allow for a balance between work/life. Several times meetings were called when other appointments were made, even past 7 PM. Upper management does not tell a customer no, even though the customer is causing the problems and they won't listen to the experts they hired to solve the problems arising from the customers. They try to get by on the least amount of $$$ they can spend and then are surprised when things don't work as planned. When issues arise they also point fingers instead of trying to root cause or listen to the ones they hired who are trying to fix the issues.

      Pros

      Overall, this is the best company I have worked for, and they have an amazing culture. This company encourages employees to partake in culture events that are planned by their Culture Club committee (including social hours, game days, and corporate events).

      Cons

      There are some blackout dates that are unavailable to use PTO for, but they do well with accommodating most requests. Management is willing to accommodate if needed.

      Pros

      PTO package is good for a small company.

      Cons

      Expect you to have a bachelor degree but pay you what you can make at McDonalds. Management changes frequently and you never know how long they will stay. Worked there for 4 years and went through as many managers. HR does not seem to care when associates get harassed by other ones and the environment is toxic. It appears wonderful at first but the tides change very quickly. Trust me. I have been gone for a year and am literally making twice what I did there.
