      Growing company, innovative, fun, social, internal opportunities to contribute and make systems better. Volunteering opportunities to make the community better. Nice office with bar, kitchen, and gym. Easy commute. Great time off benefits. 401k, health and extra insurances offered. Strong expectation of client service excellence ---core company value. Work-life balance encouraged; we all work hard. Great people here!!

      Salary on lower side of industry average, but overall compensation including other benefits and the positive corporate culture makes it worthwhile.

      Pros

      1) Laid back work environment. 2) Nice coworkers. 3) Happy hours and other company events. Stability is a good word to describe CF. Coming to work everyday is not something extremely exciting but it's not anything to dread either. It's allowed me to make money, work full-time and stay productive with my days without adding an overwhelming amount of stress.

      Cons

      Depending on the position some of the tasks can be quite boring. In addition, some positions don't offer skills with which you can expand your career. Technology is in dire need of updating. Some of the softwares are extremely outdated.

      Some really great people with a lot of talent.

      Cons

      Poor communication throughout entire organization. Tendency to over promise and under deliver. Toxic leadership principles. Dysfunctional teams with no regard for professionalism, or respect, of others. The top brass is unorganized and without direction. Dated management practices. Little to no room for career advancement. For what it's worth: If you'll take a closer look, a lot of the positive reviews here come from employees who have been RECENTLY employed.
