Pros

Growing company with a great mix of big national clients and smaller local ones. Really nice group of coworkers... very supportive and collegial. Comfortable team atmosphere. Very busy office, but no more than you'd expect in an ad agency. Motivated, entrepreneurial employees are highly valued.

Cons

Along with rapid growth come growing pains. Seems like a number of the issues from a year ago that have been unresolved are finally moving forward -- like improving internal communications, bringing in new hires with way more experience, staffing up on the client management and strategic planning end, etc. Getting into the office park in the morning/rush hour can be frustrating.
