A challenging but fun work environment. Employee input is encouraged and acknowledged. Opportunities to expand knowledge and gain experience.

Cons

Management not consistent. You will get thrown under the bus if your manager is getting pressure from superiors. Never receive credit for accomplishments or sacrifices made.

Pros

A very customer centric company. Company stock options are a nice employee perk. In my role, I was given a lot of freedom to work without too much oversight.

Cons

Too many people there who "run" the company, that are friends and family, they have no accountability for what they do or say. Makes it tough to make good decisions, when they are criticized by the inner circle, who may have no information on a subject, but just feel like interjecting. In 5 years, I worked for 6 general managers, the lack of consistency and big picture vision made it impossible to feel like there was any progress or direction
