Charlie Health is a great place to work if you enjoy figuring things out as you go, and ongoing improvement across process & structure. Leadership is super celebratory when you achieve against expectations, and helpful when you are having any challenges to achieve. The mission here is what drives most team members - me included - and being apart of ending suicide is game changing.

Cons

Working at a start up with lots of grey area & high expectations isn't for everyone.
