-low pay, poor beneifts -Do not care about their employees. -Being understaffed is normal. They would rather be understaffed and overload people that work there. -Little opportunity to grow -Outdated work culture

When they say "join our family", they really mean Chart is now your family. There are a click of a few people that make the corporate office extremely toxic, and somehow they are all well protected by their consistent "yes" nods no matter the ethically backing behind it. If this group of "professionals" decide you are not part of their click, they will soon make it where you end being so miserable you leave, or you end up fired.

Pros

My first 4 years were great. It had a welcoming family feeling championed by HR and management team. The past 2 years, the cultural quickly soured with new HR leadership and frist time CEO.

Cons

CEO is more worried about impressing Wallstreet than keeping and building talent in engineering or management. Be aware of layoffs if you are in engineering or management. In my 6 years there, I saw at least 6 layoff cycles. I saw them coming for my position months in advance. In a nut shell, only work for this company if you are a skilled laborer. I wouldn't recommend engineering or management unless your goal is a short term position.
