Location and easily able to take pride in your work.

Cons

A company where your just a number. They say they are a family but not even close, especially at end of year to make company numbers they will let you go with no care.

Safety is our number one priority at Chart. We have company sponsored programs here in Ball Ground that promote safe and healthy work practices. All employees who work for Chart are required to take a drug test as part of their pre-employment. Supervisors receive training on reasonable suspicion protocol and individuals injured at work are drug tested to ensure we keep our employees safe. Management is actively involved in our safety initiatives, including the monthly facility safety walkabout which involves walking through the entire facility to identify potential hazards. We are proud of our current total incident rate of .54 (YTD) but the only acceptable goal is ZERO.

Pros

EAP one of the best I've witnessed, Goal Oriented Bonus', Safety 1 Priority

Cons

Senior Management has big turnover and they can't settle on a title for upper management. Communication between engineers and production supervisors is non-existent resulting in confusion of what the customer is asking for vs. what can actually be made.
