10yThank you for your review. While it is true that the entire energy sector has challenges, our strategy for employment is to keep as many people employed as we possibly can. One of the options that we exercise is to reduce overtime to ensure the maximum amount of employees are retained. Our strategy for employee retention gives Chart the competitive advantage when the market recovers and allows us to meet customer expectations.

As a leadership team, our ability to appropriately cascade organizational updates, changes in the business, and goals/objectives has been an area of opportunity for us in the past given some of the feedback we’ve received over time. That said, this year our Canton, GA leadership team has been focused on ensuring that business and organizational updates are communicated to all employees. Going forward, it will remain a priority for our leaders to get out in front of our broader teams at least once per quarter to inform and update employees on our performance, results, wins, and challenges.
