Pros

My coworkers and my immediate manager are supportive and cooperative. There is a strong team atmosphere where everyone helps to complete the work.

Cons

The business is currently down due to low gas prices. There have been many layoffs over the past year. Current morale is down but it will get better when gas prices rise.

The are only the things it once was. It was a company that was a great place to work for. Management looked to the future and what was the best for the company, its customers, and for its employee for the long term. Top that with co-workers that were their for the long term and felt like if when they came into work they were able to make a difference in the company and do their part to make it better, which these value often were instilled in the newer employees.

Cons

Due to newer management and the change in values most of what made it a great company is lost. I believe management values are only to the benefit to the short term investor and not to the long term investor, customer, or employee.
