since last January 2015 , business is very slow. just eating backlog.

Pros

There are some very good people who will work their tails off for the customers and their fellow co-workers.

Cons

The management team seems to have been trained by the same management trainers that consulted on the movie "Office Space".

Thank you for the review. We agree that employees are our greatest asset here at Chart. We expect our managers to encourage and empower our employees, in order to help them grow within our company. When we feel this is not happening, corrective actions are quickly taken.
