Pros

Most people want to do a good job. Product development is good, manufacturing equipment is excellent. Process control is above average. Chart tries to build comraderie through lunches and off-site events.

Cons

Management is afraid of the union. Lasting changes are impossible when crybaby floor employees get their way. Supervisors shield poor performing employees because their superiors won't support them. Management is secretive if you're not on the "inside".

At this time I don't have any upside to the comany

Cons

Communication has really changed to none, Changing the work scope which includes higher spec, higher cost, however no concerns for quality or customer. Nitch in market was a quality cooler for an exceptional price, this is no longer the case. Management lies to customers on code issues, employees are not treated as part of the team. This is unfortunate for this company under different management was a good company for both clients and employees. I would not recommend to a job seeker and for sure not as a client
